Delivery Scope
We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not support delivery to any other countries.
Shipping Fees
Orders of 100 AUD or more: Free shipping.
Orders under 100 AUD: A flat shipping fee of 10.99 AUD applies.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Transit Time
Shipping times typically fluctuate between 7 to 15 business days.

Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation Conditions
Orders may be cancelled directly if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order and the order has not yet been shipped.
If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the package, and then contact us to arrange a return and refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Arrival Time
Once the cancellation is confirmed and processed, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used at the time of payment.
