We are committed to providing high-quality Children's furniture, Bedroom furniture, Kitchen & Dining furniture, Living Room furniture, Office furniture, and Baby furniture. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to adjust your purchase. Please read our cancellation policy below carefully.

Order Cancellation Conditions

  • Before Shipment (Within 48 Hours): If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order and the items have not yet been shipped, the order can be cancelled directly without any penalties.

  • After Shipment or After 48 Hours: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped (even if within the 48-hour window), we are unable to cancel the order. In this scenario, please wait for the logistics carrier to complete the delivery. Once you have received the goods, you may contact us to arrange a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation request, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team immediately via email at info@roomivita.com or by telephone at +1 (914) 589-9276.

  • In your communication, please clearly provide your Order Number and valid Proof of Payment so we can locate your transaction quickly.

  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once the cancellation is approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange the refund.

Refund Instructions

  • Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed (or the return is verified for shipped orders), the refund will be automatically issued to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment. We do not refund to alternative payment methods for security reasons.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card institutions and issuers, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Delays: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in tracking the transaction.

Cancellations Initiated by Us

In certain specific situations, we reserve the right to cancel an order. These situations include, but are not limited to:

  • Inventory Issues: If the item ordered is unexpectedly out of stock or cannot be replenished.

  • Address Issues: If the shipping address provided is incomplete or undeliverable by our logistics partners.

  • Duplicate Orders: If our system detects that a duplicate order was placed accidentally for the same product.
    If we must cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

When requesting a cancellation, please ensure that the contact information and order details you provide are accurate. We are not responsible for delays in processing cancellations or refunds caused by incorrect email addresses, phone numbers, or order numbers provided by you. We respect your privacy and will only use the information provided to process your cancellation request.
