Delivery Scope
We currently only ship within Australia. We do not support shipping to other countries or regions outside of Australia at this time.

Shipping Costs

Taxes
Transparency is key to our pricing. All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You are not required to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require 1-3 business days to process, pack, and hand over your items to the logistics carrier.

Transit Time
After the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated transit time is 7-15 business days. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and depends on the destination within Australia.

Logistics Carriers
To ensure your furniture arrives safely, we partner with reputable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on the size and weight of your items.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your shipment status by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website and entering your email address (or phone number) and the corresponding order number.

Liability Statement

Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the receipt. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please refuse the package or note "Damaged" on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

Split Shipments
Due to the size and weight of certain furniture items (such as bedroom sets or large office desks), your order may be packed in multiple boxes. These boxes may be delivered separately by the carrier. If you receive a partial delivery, please wait an additional 1-2 business days for the remaining packages to arrive before contacting us.

Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or major carrier disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the carrier attempts delivery but no one is available to receive the package, they may leave a notification card with instructions on how to collect your parcel from a local depot or arrange for re-delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for collection or re-delivery within the timeframe specified by the carrier to avoid the package being returned to us.
